God Is Here

Perched at the back,

The choir sings,

As the flock claps,

Their body sways to the rhythm,

As their mellifluous voices are heard.

God is here,

Gd is near,

He is dear,

He hears,

He does not sneer,

Or snear,

He is a seer,

Let him take the steer,

He makes things endear,

With him everything is clear,

To his words we adhere,

In his name we cheer.

With him all things we endure,

He is mighty for sure,

He is our problem cure,

Pray to him if you feel unsure,

So don't feel insecure,

With him you will feel secure,

And your heart pure,

That I assure.
